Hello, we’d be delighted to meet you! We’re SAINT.wtf, a mobile game development studio specializing in hyper-casual games. We are continuing to expand our team and are looking for Tech Lead Unity Developer to create new games and maintain existing ones.

Tasks:
Creating a project architecture that incorporates the Addressable Asset System and technological best-practices;
Code review, mentoring and skill-sharing within the team;
Making decisions on refactoring, its argumentation and evaluation of work;
Participation in feature planning within the team;
Develop support tools to simplify the work of other team members;
Creating and optimizing technical processes within the team.
Requirements:
5+ years of expertise in Unity/C#;
Professional understanding of the processes and all aspects of mobile game development;
Experience with iOS and Android. Plugins, assembly, understanding of platform features;
Understanding of optimization approaches;
Understanding of the graphics pipeline, shading, post-processing;
Strong proficiency at troubleshooting tech-related issues;
Critical thinking and a skill of identifying problems and solutions in workflows and processes;
Teamwork experience;
An eagerness to develop new skills and grow as a specialist;
Strong interest in Casual and Hyper Casual games.
